Kinomoto Sakura in Card Captor Sakura (CCS)

One of my current fav anime character is Kinomoto Sakura. She's the main character in Card Captor Sakura and one of the major word almost everybody uses to describe her is 'sweet'.

She's super sweeetttt (you'd get sugar overdose if you keep watching her) and has these cute quirks that just made you crazy and floating on cloud nine whenever you look at her (ehem, watching anime lar). My secretary and I gawk and oooohhh & aaaaahhhh & waiiiii!!! Sooooo cute! So adorable!!!! & Awwwww...& Hoeeeeeeeeee & yaaaaaaa-aaaaannnnn non-stop the entire time we watched CCS together. =P We are like a bunch of teenagers.. muahahaha. Of course she's fictional and I wish I'd meet someone as sweet as her in years to come. ^^

I'm totally and utterly enraptured by her. Completely. Totally smitten. I'm in trouble. It's the side effect of sugar overdose.

I've finished watching CCS and am now waiting soooo impatiently for the CCS Movie 1 and 2 to finish downloading. Yeap, I've finished all 70 episodes of CCS and nowww...

*checks BitComet*

Shrieks!!! Hoeeeeee!!!!! CCS Movie 1 is completed!!!! I'm watching I'm watching I'm watching!!!!!

Bye!

Dabai

I bought Dabai in Sibu today while going there for an official trip. I happened to pass by the Central Market, saw them and grabbed them at once. Well, I bought all of the remaining dabai. It's sticky, it's nice and I can't wait to eat them!

And they are quite cheap too. It's selling at RM6 per kg and I bought 4.4kg at the cost of RM22. Hehehe... Do the maths. 4.4 kg x RM6 = RM26.4 Uwahhhhh...

It will serve as a present for my mum. She loves dabai too ^^

I also remember a reader once commented that he/she wants to have dabai pics cause it's so rare at his/her place so here's the pics. Enjoy ne... Hehe ^^

I told the 'Aunty' selling the dabai that I wanted to bring the dabai all the way back to Sarikei and then to Kuching and asked whether it will be safe or not. Dabai is prone to get cooked by a slight rise in temperature to its surrounding. There are many methods on preparing dabai. You can either cook them under the sun (yes, don't gawk, it's true ^^) sprinkled with soy sauce and sugar, or salt (depending on your taste and liking), or cook them using hot boiling water. Just soak them in the hot water and they will cook up nicely within minutes! Another way is to stir-fry them with soy sauce. Mouth watering!

Anyway, enough about cooking methods. Haha. Not that I'm a good cook but I can certainly eat hohoho. Back to the story. The 'Aunty' gasped and said no no no no no the dabai will surely get cooked even before you managed to eat them. She ever so kindly offered to 'tapao' them up real nice for me to bring back (tee hee ^_~ extra nice service for buying all of her dabai) all the way to Kuching. She used newspaper bag that she kinda made herself, poured in the dabai and then put them inside the plastic bag. She said they shall be safe that way. Haha...

Closer look at the 'dabai packaging'

And the dabai inside. Look how sticky they are! The black skin sorta glued to my fingers. A worker working at one of the petrol station that I visited on regular basis even commented on how nice they are. ^o^ I'm floating I'm floating! ^-^

Desert at SugarBun Sarikei

I went to SugarBun Sarikei with my col yesterday during lunch hour. I needed nice, comforting yummy food after my bad encounters with Blogger (unable to log in and having pictures posting problems for several nights in a row... grrrr). Wanna chill so badly that I dragged my col along for desert pigging... ^^

This is the counter of SugarBun at Sarikei. FYI (those who aren't Sarawakian lar) SugarBun is one of the local fast food eating establishment similar to those like KFC and McDonalds. The counter shown here is a specially made counter for desert (ice cream) ordering only.

This pic here shows another sub-entrance to the other side of SugarBun counter which enables you to order main and side dishes...

A closer look at the 'Desert Counter'. O.O Uwah... check out the ice-creams!!! *beams*

My col ordered the Shell Delight (RM1.92 if I remember correctly ^_^)

And I ordered the huge, creamy, mouth-watering Banana Split !!! (RM4.88)

A closer look at the Banana Split. A picture says a thousand words... tee hee!

I finished the heart-warming desert without saying much, except the oooohhhhh aaaaahhhhh nicccceeeeeeee!!!!!

I'd ask for seconds if it's not that expensive -.- Hmm... maybe I can try and make it at home, ne? Muahahaha...

Anyway, the pictures loaded up nicely today without much hassle so I'm happy! ^^

Buggy BetaBlogger =<

I'm currently quite quite quite fedup with BetaBlogger. It takes AGES to login (hafta type the username and password countless times and when you managed to login, you can't upload pics... or your post may ended up looking funny. Last night half of my post went boing! And it's gone. I was like wtf???

I'm still in the 'wtf' mood... Grrrrr...

Anyway, I lost all my mood to rant about good stuffs. What with the problems uploading pictures and even text posting is troublesome sometimes. For now, I'll just rant about how inefficient BetaBlogger is!

Funny how can you rant about how inefficient it is eh? It's sorta like you can do good things with it even though you say it's not good. Get what I mean? Geeezzzz...

I'm in sulky mood right now. Gotta go find entertainment. Something sweet that will lift me up from my #$&^$#@$ mood. Card Captor Sakura (CCS)!!!! Yes!

Watched till episode 57. Can't wait anymore. So I jumped straight to the ending. The last two episodes (69-70). Did that while waiting for the silly BetaBlogger to login. *sigh* Anyway, the stupid rooster crows non-stop. And it's almost midnight already. If the damn thing's in front of me, I'd surely make a KFC out of it! Grrrr...

That's all. Oyasumi...

I've got nothing better to do... =P

I know I should be sleeping. It's very late already, but I just can't help it. I'm feeling restless. The night before I slept nearly at 4.00 am. Perhaps I'll break the record today.

I once did by staying awake whole night through, went straight to attend Uni classes the next whole day and then stayed for the entire night..that night. Haha...

Tried these interesting stuffs... I did several more interesting ones and saved them somewhere in my hardisk back home in Kuching. These are new ones but I guess they'll hafta do in the meantime ^^

Lim teh at Bing! Cafe

After the ice kacang fest, and after hogging my mum's home cooked curry (with lotsa rice), and making a stop at 4 1/2 mile's Everise (wanna buy headphone mar, lazy wanna go to Saberkas ^^), I rushed madly to Bing! Cafe at Jalan Padungan to attend another gathering with another bunch of friends. The agreed time was 8.00 pm. I reached there at 8.05 pm. Was actually happy cause I thought that I was finally late... *grins* I'm weird. I'm almost always punctual and yet to my frustrations, I always have to wait for the others to show up *sigh*

Last night was no exception. I was still the first one to reach there. *sigh* Found that all the nice comfy sofa was 'reserved'. Actually the norm there means that it's reserved for a group of 4 peps or more. I thought that we only have 3. If that's so, it's quite impossible to try and get the 'reserved' seats. So I quickly claimed a place at a table for 4. Didn't dare to leave the table too in case it was snatched by some other patrons. -_-''

I took some pics while waiting.

This is one of the interior deco next to the main entrance of the Bing! Cafe. Nice eh? I like the lamp. And the designs on it. It appears as if a lot of attention has been given to it during the 'making' process. Hehe... ^^

At the other side of the entrance, you'll see a nicely decorated Christmas tree

Played sms too. Until I noticed with a shock that I only had one bar of battery left. This is bad news for me cause my hp's camera refused to work with only one bar of battery left. Checked my watch. It was only 8.10 pm! The night's still early! Why did my hp battery hafta go flat now?? I wanna take pics! I wanna snap the food & drinks! I wanna take pics!!! Aaaarrrggghhhh!!!! T_T

Stopped taking pics. Called 'reinforcements'... tut tut tut... voice mails... no answer... my hp battery low indicator starts to beep every once in a while to my great annoyance, telling me pitifully that its battery is low...

Grrr...

Was quite ready to smoke the poor poor cafe when my calls finally went through. My watch was showing 8.25 pm. My patience was running dangerously thin too. I hate to be kept waiting. =_=

My dear friend apologised and sped to the scene... hehe which was good cause smoke was beginning to rise from my head and ears ^^

We ordered drinks and food. Can't remember the name (they have long-winding names) but it's something like...uh.. *tries real hard* Umm..yogurt+strawberry+smoothy something something. Yeah. And tiramisu cake. ^^

Note-to-self : Gotta be more consistent with my pics taking and food and shop's name. I always dun bother as long as I could get there to e-a-t. And once food arrived, I quickly dug in. Pics forgotten. Shop's name too. Ah. *paiseh* *paiseh*

Anyway, we chatted away happily till it's 11.00 pm. Of course, my other friend arrived not long after with her hubby and sister-in-law. We synchronised niceeeely and chatted enthusiastically... especially about Anime. It really sounds like a bunch of kids talking madly about their fav anime/manga whatever you name it. It was very merry and we talked about everything and anything. Whoa! Time really flies when you're enjoying yourself! Since it's late, we bid farewell, promising another gathering at another place, another time.

Next time I wanna take pics pics pics!!!! I'll bring my digicam once my photography shooting skills improved. And after buying good, reliable rechargeable batteris and charger set too. *sigh*

So, till then ciao!

Ais Kacang + Chan Luk fest on Saturday evening

Well minna. I'm back in Sarikei again. Was busy on Saturday whole day through till now. Hehe. But I'm happy ^^

Had a gathering with a bunch of friends at (dunno the place's name) somewhere near St. Peter's Church, Kuching on 4.00 pm Saturday (that's yesterday larrr). It's actually opposite the back entrance of St. Peter's Church, or so my friend told me.

There were 6 of us: me, AC, AK, Dan & Al and Dan's bro D (I use short forms guys, easier that way hohoho)

We had 'an tao chan luk' (Translate : Red beans with those greenish oblong-wormy like appearance thingy), ang tao peng (ais kacang) and lotsa other desert/drinks that ends with 'peng'.

The ais kacang is very nice (I had it so I know for sure). So nice that I'd definitely go back next time. The rojak is just so so and trust me, their White Lady is a big no no.. O.0 I'd have Hui Sing's open air White Lady anytime, anyday but never the White Lady at this place. @_@ It's yucky! And they serve it in a huge bowl instead of a tall glass like those served at Hui Sing's open air. Very... weird feeling.. =S

Sorry guys no piccies. Totally forgot when I saw my friends ^^ (P/s: We are a kaypoh bunch and very energetic...lalala)

Anyway, stories went flying and laughters can be heard a mile away. Haha ^^ We are quite noisy. =P

After that, we 'dismissed' ^^ with our own things to take care of. Dan & Al needa attend their church thingies, AC to his carol practice (psssttt... he has voice like Michael Bolton and he's furthering his studies to Melb, Aus next month), AK to attend to her family's dinner arrangements and me to hog my mum's curry (hafta jaga her hati mar, no matter how full I am, still will finish her food ler) and then rush all the way to another gathering at Bing! Cafe near Jalan Padungan. Upon reaching there though, I realized that I was early. Again. Punctual. With none of them (mah friends *sigh*) in sight. *BIG SIGH* All the rushing for nothing. But I'll post that in a separate post coming up next... ^^

Home! Hahaha ^^

I'm home. *grins* A little past midnight but that's okay with me. The bus reached Kuching at 11.45pm but was slightly delayed cause it was pumping diesel before heading to the bus terminal.

That was way way way faster than the bus that I took last time. Of course it reached here the same time but let me tell you, THAT previous bus departed an hour earlier in Sarikei. Get the picture?

Good. ^^

Here's two shots taken at the Shell station where the bus went for fuel filling.

Do you see what I see??? O.o RM420.00!!! Oro!!! @_@

I'm glad I'm just commuting in it and don't actually own one. -_-'' Scary!

Next topic : I got a single seater just now. Yay!

Next next topic : You may be thinking that I should be sleeping now but...

I wanna watch Card Captor Sakura (CCS). I'm so addicted to the cuteness of this anime I'm dying to finish watching it. I'm soooo glad that I have the complete translated manga of it too. I just needa dig it up from my whole collection of anime and manga. But that will take some time. Hehehe ^^

Till then, I wanna watch CCS now so good night minna... ^^

Oyasumi nasai...

Friday, December 15, 2006

Oooopppss...

I watched Card Captor Sakura till past 2am this morning. ^^; I know. I'm weird. I just do things I feel like doing without thinking. It's like this ON button that once 'on' can't be stopped.

I woke up early though and was kinda energetic whole day through. Haha ^^

I had nasi ayam (RM3.00) at Ik Seng kopitiam for lunch. It's the best nasi ayam in Sarikei.

After that, things start to fall apart. Initially planned to go to Bintangor to buy pau for my journey back to Kuching. Wanted to tapao rojak there too. Failed. The queue at the ferry ramp was so long. *sigh* I couldn't wait. I did. But it gets on my nerve. I was seriously considering 'jumping queue' but then again, that's kinda unfair to the other drivers in line right? So I decided against it. I left. Pure and simple. And yet the consequences are horrible.

I won't have anything to eat during the bus journey back to Kuching tonight. That's 6 hours. T_T But hey! Just remembered someting. Hehe. I'll just have hard boiled eggs for food in the bus. Don't look down on eggs guys. Eggs are very filling. And full of protein too. Muahahaha... and it's my fav food of all. *goes to prepare hard boild eggs--->2 biji*

*comes back*

On top of that, I haven't packed. Even as I'm typing, I'm still not packed. -_-'' Haha. I always do things last minute. Always. *sigh*

I'm good in packing though, so I think I should be okay. Hehehe.. *prays hard hard*

Uh... *remembers someting*

Dang. I forgot to buy dabai for my mum. T_T

And that also means no dabai pics for my blog. -_-''

It's raining very heavily now too. *BIG SIGH*

Why does it always rain whenever I'm travelling on a bus? It doesn't matter where my destination is. It rained when I travel from Kuching-Sarikei. It rained Sarikei-Kuching too. *cries*

I think I've rant enough. Just about...enough. So, I'll leave it at that and go packing. ^_^

I'll be having gatherings this Saturday (which is tomorrow). I have friends coming back from all sorts of places and thus my schedule is kinda full. Haha.

Hope it will be fun seeing them again. It normally is. What with so much catching up to do and stuffs to update. Hehe

So, wish me luck minna. And I hope I won't sit with a 'wriggling worm', a 'fatty' or a 'hamsup' guy. Till then, ciao!

Lunch today...

This is what I had for lunch today. Initially wanted to have nasi ayam at another kopitiam but they were sold out by the time I reached there. -_-''

It's the norm here. You wanna eat, you better eat early. As early as 11am and the latest should be 1pm. Any later than that and you'd be lucky to be able to find food. Nice food.

Luck is on my side today. I managed to find a kopitiam that serves edible (not just edible mind you) and good food. It's recommended by my secretary. I'll get the name of the shop from her tomorrow.

I ordered a mixture of roasted chicken-char sio-sio bak (3 in 1 muahahaha) which costs RM4.00. I know I know. It's quite expensive for a little town like Sarikei, but well, no complaints from me as long as it's good. ;)

The 'sio bak' is exceptionally crunchy and juicy and mouth wateringly niceeee... One bite and you'll ask for more. *sigh*

Don't be fooled by the portion. It looks 'sedikit' but is actually quite a lot. I wonder why they gimme so much this time. Maybe cause of the jacket I'm wearing? I look like those peps working at construction site (labourers -_-''') and hence, I need a huge portion of food to sustain my workload.. T_T

In truth, I'm just a greedy pig. Nyahahaha... ^^

Mystery of the Missing Dustbin...solved!

About a couple of weeks ago, the dustbin at my office mysteriously disappeared. You know? The green coloured rectangular type of dustbin being distributed by the Council several years back? My secretary informed me of this matter after it has been missing for several days. My first thought was : What's the matter with thiefs nowadays? Dustbin pun mahu curi??? Wah lao eh!

We searched high and low for it. Tried to imagine all sorts of place it could end up at. My secretary suspected the culprit to be the construction/renovation workers working at the unit/floor below us. We're at the second floor. They are at the first.

I was like, 'Really? Why tapao our dustbin all the way into their place? That's too much. We need the dustbin too, and it was ours in the first place!'

We never really bothered to go and ask from them though. Until we needed the dustbin that is. So two days ago, I sorta brought the matter up with my Safety Officer (SO). Told him to handle this matter. I jokingly said that without a dustbin, it's quite a health hazard too..haha. I mean where are we supposed to throw our rubbish, right?

My SO did a bit of poking and finally confirmed that the culprit was indeed the renovation workers downstairs, and guess what they used our precious dustbin for?

To bancuh simen. (Translate : To mix cement)

Huh? wtf??? They use our DUSTBIN to bancuh simen??? Wah lao! That's a first. I mean, how creative can you get? geeezzz... -_-''

My col has to carry the rubbish all the way to the nearest dustbin for dumping. Really thankful to him for that. My first reply though when I heard that was 'Aiyah. Apa susah. Buang tingkat bawah sana lar. Dia orang pakai kita punya dustbin bancuh simen, kita pakai dia punya bilik tikam sampah lar dohhh...'

Hehehe... of course, I said that in a joking manner. Not that I wanna cari gaduh with them, but really lar... How low can you get? Aiyoyo...

Wrong day... blur liaooo.. @_@

Ehem. I have an announcement to make. I posted something really stupid just now. I got sms from a friend telling me that I got the day wrong. And even before the sms arrived, my secretary told me I got the day wrong too. *sigh* -_-''

I am blur. *sniff* *sniff*

But what's done is done. So, I'll admit that I got the day wrong. =P Hehehe... ppl make mistakes mar. I'm just a normal girl lerr...

Went out for a cruise just now after dinner. Saw durians for sale at the parking lots near the Bumiputera Commerce Bank (BCB). I was thrilled and quickly made a round back to the place, parked my car and went down to check things out. There are langsat, durian, manggis and dabai for sale there! But I only took pics of the durian (bias me, hehe).

The dabai is selling at RM7 per kg. That's cheap. But it's not good lor. Good dabai are those that are sticky when you hold them. The ones on sale here's not sticky at all. It feels clean. Too clean. So it's not good. *sigh* I luv dabai too, but always have gastric whenever I took more than my limit. T_T

The strange thing is, the durian there doesn't emit those strong smell that durians always have. They are quite cheap too. 6 durians in a cluster costs RM8 only. Whoa! Saw another batch selling 4 durians at RM10. When I was about to pick up a durian for inspection, I smelled this super strong insecticide. It's very stinky. I hate the smell. Somehow it's very familiar. It smelled like those stuffs they sprayed whenever there are dengue cases in the neighbourhood. *yikes!*

I heard rattling sound of a machine and immediately spotted a person spraying the insecticide everywhere opposite the place where the durians are on sale. The buildings across the road are practically covered with whitish smoke. Suddenly alarmed (I'm prone to mosquito bites, especially in Sarikei) I quickly bolted to my car, revved up the engine and sped off from the place. I can eat durian at another time, another place. Dun wanna be bitten by dengue mosquitoes and suffer. I have a long holiday ahead. ^^

One more thing to mention here. It takes ages to upload images lately. Ai. Sien lar. I'll upload the images tomorrow maybe. Been trying for more than a dozen time. I'm very patient already. But I can't wait forever mar.

By the way, I got my tix changed to Friday. The tix seller laughed at my eagerness to go home. Ai. Sarikei so teruk ke? Hehehe... -_-'' Ah... no lar... I miss home mar... =P

Time flies...

Arlow minna! Time really flies eh? >_> I haven't updated my blog in a while..hehehe ....and boy does time fly, especially when you have things to do and it always feel as if time's never enough. Time's never enough whenever you have stuffs to do...duh. Hmmm. Sounds familiar? ^^

And the cruel cruel time ticks by ohhhh sooo sllowwwwlyyy when you have nothing to do... -_-'' Super hate that... grrr

Actually I wasn't even aware that I haven't updated my blog in soooo many days! *hangs head* gomen ne... T_T

I'm perking up today cause it's Thursday! Muahahaha... tomorrow, Friday will come and yes! I'm going back to Kuching... kekeke

Bought my bus tix already...hohoho

I wanna eat my mum's home cooked curry. Hope I can buy durian too. Lotsa durian. Tonnes of them! *sigh*

I've been spending time surfing and downloading stuffs. My 250GB hardisk is getting quite 'full' now that I keep clicking on those bittorents... hehehe

I needa spend more time sorting them out and burning them. So, I'm gonna be busy next week too. And then... I'll have a long long long holiday till next year! Wah... can't wait for that day to come... hohoho

I'll try to update on daily basis though. Till then, ciao! ^^

Home at Midnite!

I reached home at midnite. Yeap. That's 12.00 a.m. this morning. What a way to start my Saturday. Slept all the way through morning without any disturbance at all. Awww...

Woke up at 8 something and went for breakie at 9.00 a.m. The following posts show the happenings today. The numbered items are the food I consumed today..whoa! For breakie, I had...

1. A bowl of Claypot Mee for RM3.50 at a kopitiam somewhere in Pending...

Looks delicious eh? haha...

2. Not satisfied with the claypot mee (I was still hungry), I ordered a plate of Roti Telur which costs RM1.50...

It's delicious... really! Yum yum!

3. Had Bah-Kut-Teh for lunch (home cook by my mum ^^), and I forgot to take pics cause I dug right in... haha greedy me...

After lunch, I went to the PC Fair held at Permata Car Park Building (hafta go there after eating cause you need energy to fight your way through ^^) and bought myself a digital camera. It's a Canon PowerShot A540 at a cost of RM888 (yeah, nice number). I was quite reluctant to get it at first, but hehe... I couldn't resist after seeing the bundled gifts that came with the digicam... muahahaha...

The digicam's box... and some of the gifts that came bundled with the digicam...

The gifts are:-
  • SD 1GB
  • SD Card Reader
  • Screen Protector
  • Camera Pouch
  • Metal Neck Strap
  • Backpack
  • Mini Tripod
  • 4 Rechargeable Batteries & Charger Set
  • Star Wars T-Shirt
  • Umbrella
  • RM200 worth of cash voucher
With so many gifts, how can you resist right? Right. Hahaha... I was on cloud nine. Still am. Kekeke ^_^

4. Bought a Sundae at McD straight after purchasing my digicam. It was sooo hot in the fair (I was totally drenched with sweat ugh!) it feels more like a supermarket having a 99% discount where everybody wrestles their way through to get whatever it is that they wanted. I wrestled my way through all right. Was so worried that the free gifts kena sapu habis before I reach there... ;P Anyway, there were peps everywhere. It's packed worse than sardines in a can... ugh
That place was still totally packed, not only with peps but cars were jam and long queue can be seen a kilometre away (muahaha... it's that bad really.. go check it out!)

I won't go back there now that I've bought my thingy.... lol...

5. Ate Bah-Kut-Teh for dinner. Then went to confirm my bus tix back tomorrow, and then went shopping with mum and sis till the rain pours *sigh* Such heavy rain! But still, we took our time and shopped. Well, I didn't buy anything except... err... I can't remember what it is... but I remember the food! Went to tapao...

6. ..Roasted Duck Noodle at Hong Kong Noodle Restaurant at Jalan Padungan... not really sure how much it is tho.. I think it's RM4.50 gua...

I'm home again. At last. I ate a lot today but didn't really feel it haha.. I'm experimenting with my digicam as I type away. Wanna continue playing with it so till then... tata!

No single seat... T_T ... but... ^__^

Well, I couldn't get a single seat for the bus journey back to Kuching despite my attemp to book it earlier. *grumles* Those peps aren't doing their work, again... grrr

I ended up using an earlier bus back, but no single seat. *sigh* Hope I won't get another 'wormy' as neighbour *cringe*

The good thing to this is that I paid only RM32.00 for my return tix (Sarikei-Kuching-Sarikei). Originally it costs RM64.00 for return tix. Bought mine previously for RM42.00 due to an offer and I got RM32.00 this time purely due to 'assumptions' by those ticketing ladies.

They thought I'm a student! Seriously! So I get student rate. muahahaha... Oh well, my baby face helps.. only in situations like this tho... tee hee ~_^ So I'm grateful. Kinda. *beams*

On second thought, I can reach Kuching before midnite, so that's a double bonus for me. I'm on cloud nine.... lalalalala..

I gotta go packing now, so laters... ^^

Thursday, December 7, 2006

Thursday!!! Wohoo!!

Thursday's here! And it will be Friday soon! Whoa! Time! Please go faster for me will ya? Can't wait to get home! =D

Went to the bus station to purchase my bus tix first thing this morning..haha. Was told to go back tomorrow as they didn't have info about the seats yet, BUT they promised to reserve a seat for me. I hope they don't...won't forget. I'm going there tomorrow morning again just to make sure. I wanted the single seat instead of the normal double seaters because I prefer to sit alone. I had a bad experience sitting next to a 'wriggling worm' during my journey back home last week. He moved non-stop during the entire journey from Sarikei to Kuching. It was sooo tiring sitting next to a person like that -_-'' So sien...

I figured out that he's a medical student judging from the 4 inches thick reference book that he hugged onto and the medicine dictionary he checked oh so often during the journey...

Ok. Enough of him. I hope I don't meet another person like that during my journey back THIS time. I just wanna be 'guai' in the bus and reach Kuching the soonest so that I'll be able to hug my pillows and sleep in my own bed and room.

*patience* *patience*

Oh Friday! Come quick! I need you!!!

muahahaha... It's my crazy mood again. Better sign off now before I write anything worse... nyahahaha...

Wednesday is good but...

Harlow minna. It's Wednesday already and I'm beginning to get excited as it is nearing Friday. Hehe. Tomorrow Thursday will come and then Friday! Yay! Can't wait for Friday to come. Really.

However good Wednesday is, though... I wasn't feeling quite well the whole day through. I think the culprit might be the nasi pataya that I consumed on Monday cause I've been feeling queasy for two whole days since then.. -_-''

I'm suspecting a mild food poisoning... (T_T) cause I normally get queasy either from severe gastric pain caused by lack of food or unstable emotional swings (meaning I got pissed off lar, dun get the wrong ideas guys!!! ^^)

Me getting my bonus somewhat lessen the pain to a more bearable dull... tee hee ^__^

And gomen ne minna... my bonus is going straight to my savings cause I wanna buy stuffs (house/car/gadgets etc. etc. hahaha). So, can't chia you guys lor. Me wanna buy a house and have great vacations ler. Need lotsa money for that lerrr. Unless somebody wanna sponsor me.. ^^ hehehe...

*remembers something*

Uh... crap... I forgot my bus tix again... -_-'' *groans* Really really needa buy it tomorrow!

Sorry for the late post. I went to bed straight after office hour just now (5 pm) cause I wasn't feeling well. Slept all the way till 11 something just now *looks back* Hn. I am really sick. Haha.

Done with my ranting, I need my sleep so I'm going back to bed. Till tomorrow minna, oyasumi nasai!

*crawls into bed* Sighhhhh... Dreamland, here I come!

Tuesday Bluessss...

Today I woke up feeling very well.

Went to site first thing in the morning and ended up feeling terrible. *dun ask me why, I just feel ill*

By the time I reached kopitiam for my breakie, I'd lost all my appetite. Could hardly swallow my Wanton & was feeling nausea. *sigh*

Then I received news that I'm getting my bonus. Today. I was like 'huh??? Really???' *beams*

*thinks hard hard*

*beams*

*hoping hoping hoping*

Am I really getting the bonus? hmmm...

Dialed my col in charge and asked for confirmation. Yay! I'm getting it! I'm getting it!

*high mood*

*feels very giddy* Then...

The nausea came back... ugh..

By the way, there was an electricity breakdown. My office was out of electricity. My house too.

Now it's still dark and hot. Luckily the heavy rain just now made the temperature a little bit more bearable. *sigh*

Thanks God I have a laptop. Otherwise, I won't be able to online and blog..hehehe

I hope they finish fixing whatever it is that needs fixing out there. I need my air cond!!!!!

*prays hard hard*

Monday Bluessss...

Yesterday I was just like Garfield. I hate Mondays. Yesterday's Monday. Monday's the most dreadful day of the week! Can't wait for Friday to come... *sigh*

It was plain boring yesteday. Nothing exciting to 'chee kek' me, nothing scary to pump up my adrenaline and nothing's happening.

One thing's worth mentioning though. It was so bloody difficult to go online yesterday!!! TM!!!! What the heck are you guys doing? The server's down again yesterday. Yeap. It was down the entire frigging afternoon till night!!!!! Go to hell lar! Such a lousy service!

The day passed by like okui... until I spent the afternoon watching Card Captor Sakura... ---> in the office... muahahaha. Time then zoomed over like rocket and tada!!!! It's 5.00 p.m.!!! I ate outside since Uncle & Aunty K (they are my house owner, I rented a room at their house) has to attend a wedding dinner...

I had a splitting headache. Got it straight after I finished dinner, which consist of nasi pataya and teh tarik peng. Could it be due to the nasi pataya? Hmm...

This is the nasi pataya. It's RM4.50

Wondering about the contents? It's just fried rice encased in omelette which was beautifullly decorated with lines of chili sauce and mayonaisse atop. Red beans. Cucumbers with sambal. Fried chicken covered with cucumber (so many cucumbers duhh...) and a small bowl of soup.

The nasi pataya is just so so despite the colourful presentation. It fills up my empty stomach and that's just that. Nothing crazy about the smell, nothing mouth-watering about the meat or anything. It's just edible. *sigh*

And the teh tarik peng...

The teh tarik peng is ok. After all, I paid RM1.60 for that. If it doesn't turn out okay I will smoke the kopitiam. grrr...

I miss Thyme's food food... *cries*

I'm buying the tix back to Kuching tomorrow... no, today! haha... I'm not going back today. Just wanna buy the tix for the ride back to Kuching this Friday (yes! I'm crazy) and then come back here on Sunday, again (uh huh... I'm double crazy)..haha

Crazy + Double Crazy = Happiness ^^

Came straight home after having my dinner. Tried to connect into streamyx for what? The entire bloody night!!! I tried from 5,40 p.m. till 10.00 p.m. Still couldn't connect. wtf???

I'm quite cross by the time I connected successfully. Yeah. That's about 4 a.m. the NEXT day.

Don't worry guys. It's not that I sat there and tried to go online the whole night through. I woke up at odd hours. Sometimes. Like today.. errr last nite... I mean I woke up once at 12.00 a.m. (midnite), then 1 am, 2am, 3am and finally 4am.

haha... weirdo..

I was ready to tear and smoke the telephone line into zillion pieces..last nite.

Checked my modem. It's working fine.

Checked my phone line. It LOOKS ok.

Checked my laptop. It's functioning properly...

What went wrong then??? Crap.

Ran the diagnosis on my modem. One line turned out as FAILS... It's the 'Test PPPoPvc 0 PPPOE connection'. This test returns FAIL if your DSL modem cannot see the PPPoE server. *darn*

Was seriously considering smoking the TM office here too... grrrrr...

Anyway, managed to on now so consider that quite good lar... Sian lar TM here. kanasai... ok.. done ranting. Maybe I can sleep in peace now. Hope I'll be able to wake up tomorrow ... errr I mean today...in time to go to work... hehe

*goes to bed*

Awwwww...

THYME'S...

Ehem. I really enjoyed myself today. I mean what's not enjoyable when spending time with your family eh? hehehe...

Went to Thyme's for lunch with my sisters just now. It was great! FYI, Thyme's an eating establishment specializing in continental cuisine located at Chonglin Park, Tabuan Road, Kuching. It's right opposite the Beetex furniture shop.

This is the entrance to Thyme's...

We ordered a jar of honeydew juice which costs RM6.50...

Two grilled lamp chop which costs RM13.80 each...

You have two choices of toppings/gravy to choose... mushroom or black pepper. Since I'm having a problem choosing either one, the waitress there kindly offered to serve both gravy for our testing. So nice! As you can see from the pic here, the right one's the black pepper sauce and the left one's mushroom...

This is their grilled salmon which costs RM17.00... whoaaa...

And their seafood pizza which costs RM18.50... *drools*

The food was so nice that we sapu habis everything... except the plates, tables, jar and glasses lar... hahaha ^__^

The last piece of pizza... nobody wants ar? hehe...

Ooopppsss... it's taken! muahahaha...

Nice eh? I really enjoyed myself and so are my sisters... Will post more tomorrow, or Monday maybe. Kinda beat..haha
